Amber was an amazing realtor. She was recommeded to us by one of my coworkers who she had helped buy 2 houses and I can see why he kept going back to her. From the start she was very responsive to any of our questions. My wife gave her a list of the size, school rating, and other info she was looking for in a home and I asked her to keep it within 45 minutes of my office. The very next day she started sending me homes that met all of our criteria and we started setting up tours. After choosing a home, we ran into some issues with the VA Loan and a few other small things. Amber was a huge help in navigating those issues, she had a painter come out and fix up the few things the VA inspector found that needed fixed and he charged us a very reasonable rate. She also helped us find a window repair company for the cracked window the VA inspector found. Finally when it was discovered that there was an issue with the tital on the house due to a possible issue with the well. She helped us find an inspection company for the well and when it was found to be tainted, went back to the seller to get the new carbon filtration system added and retested. We are now in the home and I can honestly say we would never have been able to close without Ambers help. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help in buying a home!!

If you are in the market for a realtor, rest assured there is no need to look any further. Our family has had the privilege of having Amber as our Realtor for many years now for purchasing and selling our homes and we could not be happier with her services and her professionalism.She has always had our best interests at heart throughout the entire home-buying/selling process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We always felt supported, informed, and confident in every decision we made. She will go above and beyond to advocate for her clients. One thing that really stood out this time around was her ability to get the sellers to discontinue showings after the house only being on the market for two days. I have worked with Amber multiple times since 2019 and was introduced to her through my mother who also had her help in buying and selling a home. Amber is not only an amazing realtor, but a great person as well. She helped me through my first time purchasing my own home in 2019. I thoroughly enjoyed looking for homes with her. The process was fun and not at all intimidating because she was there every step of the way answering all of my questions, helping me see things in the homes that I may have missed, and connecting me to resources for other parts of the process such as getting my mortgage set up and my attorney for closing. In 2026, she assisted me to sell my home. This process was much more difficult given the circumstances and Amber was understanding, patient, and supportive. Not only did she help me sell my home, but she was there for me when searching for a rental and helped me to expedite the process when I needed to find somewhere quickly. I could not have done all of this without her help. Amber is genuinely a kind person who will look out for you throughout the process of buying or selling a home and I can not recommend her enough. When I look to purchase another home in the future, I will definitely be working with Amber again, and I look forward to it!

Amber was with us throughout the sale of our house in Enfield. For us, that meant years of preparation on our end - Amber was ready once we were ready. Amber was there from beginning to end. What to change, what to add, what not to change, etc. If she asks you to roll up your sleeves and paint...do it. You will get your sweat equity back in the long run. Amber knows the market very well, was available 24/7 and will be totally honest with her clients. Amber is more than a realtor, she listens, talks you off a ledge when things get overwhelming, and made it happen within our time frame. We are happy we chose her!

What impressed me most is that she managed everything seamlessly even while I was out of state — she handled the details, stayed organized, and kept the process under control even when things got stressful.This transaction definitely had its challenges. Amber was amazing to work with. I first started working with Amber to purchase a new home to be closer to family. She did a great job showing me homes fit what I was looking for and in my budget. She helped with everything from getting financing and homeowners insurance to finding me people to re-do my hardwood floors and take care of some painting. The closing went smooth as silk. Next came selling my previous home. It took me longer to move all my stuff out but Amber was patient and ready to go when I was finally ready to list the property. She listed the property on a Friday and we were under contract a few days later. We closed 3 weeks from the date the property was listed and she got me a great price. I would highly recommend Amber whether you're buying or selling.

We had the pleasure of working with Amber as our realtor. We were in the market for a new home and we met Amber through a family member. We not only were purchasing, we were selling. Buying first and selling second came with some anxiety but Amber ensured the entire process went smooth. She got us the house that we wanted in an extremely difficult market, at a price we were comfortable with, up against a lot of competition. Once we secured our new home, our existing home hit the market and sold within 6 days. Amber was there throughout the entire process making sure both transactions went off without a hitch.
