Amy was great and her team is fantastic. We interviewed several agents and decided to go with Amy based on sales history, experience, and just a really good feeling from the start. She is very professional, always available, has tons of contacts and connections in the area. Honestly cant think of any way she could have done better. I highly recommend Amy and her team.

We had a fabulous experience working with Amy and her wonderful team. We first decided to use Amy Asivido when we were going to sell our house in Portland. She was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the trends and immediately had her stager and photographer get busy. Our home sold in 8 days. She was able to guide us through the next phase and was readily available for questions and comments. My husband and I were so impressed that we decided to use her again to buy our new home in Hillsboro. Everything again went very smoothly with our bid being accepted in two days and her inspector coming out within the week. Not only is Amy and her team very professional, but they are friendly and help kept the process low stress. She also got along well with both of the other realtors making it a pleasant experience for all of us. I whole heartedly recommend Amy Asivido and her team to use in buying or selling your home.

We really appreciated working with Amy for the sale of our house. One thing that I think really sets her apart is that she is extremely levelheaded and very calm through the entire process. She wisely assesses each situation as it comes and gives you honest feedback without falsely getting your hopes up. Once we got an offer, she managed the process with finesse and expertise. Her ability to stay calm helped bring us peace through the process as well.

Amy,Thank you.Amy you were professional, honest, and down right genuine. We had our house listed with another agency and to no avail after 5 months are previous agent suggested we reach out to Amy. We were under the wire as our new home was completed and we needed to sell our home to make this happen. We met with Amy on Monday May 4th. She immediately went to work and market our home.We went live on friday. Pictures, video and 1 openFriday.By Saturday we had a full price offer. We accepted and we have closed and are in our dream home. We would call Amy again for any other needs. Amy and her team are the absolute best both personal and professional.

Rebecca and the team Amy runs is amazing. Rebecca was excellent at negotiating the offer so that it was a win/win for both us and the seller. We were happy with our deal, and the sellers loved our offer. With the market the way it is right there, that's a great reason to use Rebecca.But if that's not enough, the team she works with is also top notch when it comes to fast, open communication between all parties, quickly following up on any questions or concerns, and always available to help. In general, very responsive and honest. They do a great job, and they get it done quickly and efficiently.
