If you are looking to buy a home or sell your current home, I 100% recommend The Bethany White Group.Throughout the entire process of selling my home, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They arranged professional photos of my property and had everything ready and listed within days. They even provided a lockbox so potential buyers could view the home when I wasn't available. Anytime I had a question or concern, they were always there with an answer and made the entire selling process feel effortless.When it came time to purchase my new home, they were just as amazing. From scheduling appointments and touring homes to inspections, repairs, and the final walkthrough, they stayed on top of everything. Even when unexpected repairs came up, they immediately helped find someone who could take care of them so that the process kept moving forward. This is now our 2nd time working with the Bethany White Group and each experience has been top tier! We used them back in 2020 to purchase our condo and are now using them again in 2026 for the sell. Bethany and Amanda, specifically, have been so incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout this entire process. My husband and I have been completely remote during this sell process and its been so smooth!!! Can't recommend this team enough!

We had a great experience working with them during the purchase of our new home. They were helpful, responsive, and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable.Unfortunately, our experience during the selling process was not as positive. There were several misunderstandings throughout the transaction, and at times we felt that our best interests were not being fully represented. We also believe that clearer communication and more detailed information at the beginning of the process would have helped set expectations and avoid confusion later on.While we appreciate the support we received as buyers, we feel there is room for improvement in communication, transparency, and client advocacy during the selling process.
