It is hard to describe just how amazing Brandie is at what she does or how incredibly dedicated to the mission she was in getting me into my dream home in Clermont on Lake Louisa. She was not only a fierce advocate for me, but thought of a plethora of issues and possible problems that I could arise during the sale unless I took preventative action. She was always one step ahead of my lender, the closing agent, the inspectors and was always thinking of what could be done to make the sale a better deal for me. She has an invaluable wealth of knowledge about the area, about real estate, lending, home inspections, surveys, VA loans, wells, - you name it - Brandie has experience with it. I can't recommend her enough if you want to buy or sell your house. She is the real deal, a dedicated professional who brings charisma, devotion, and dedication to the difficult challenge of buying or selling a house.

My domestic situation made the process considerably more challenging, which made Brandie's professional experience and personal maturity essential for accomplishing the complex task with all parties being happy. From the initial meeting, when she confidently described the realtor services she would provide, anticipated developments that would require contingency plans, sharing her recommendations and the underlying logic, all the way through closing, she delivered on her promises with skill and grace. Real estate is not a job to Brandi its her form of Art. When it comes time to buy or sell real estate there can only be Brandi! She and her team are simply the best. Honesty and knowledge of her craft is second to none. Sure other agents say they represent you and when the closing docs are presented you realize that none do it better than Brandi. Do yourself a favor and talk to Brandi and you’ll thank me for letting you know. See I hate leaving reviews but I am compelled to do so this time. Sold my house when no one could.

Adam was amazing to work with, he was always readily available to help with any of my questions or concerns. Being on the younger side and looking for a property, I was always dismissed, or not taken seriously, but with Adam, he treated me as if my inquiry was serious and allowed for us to have a very quick close. Adam Greaux was a phenomenal realtor! He was kind, personable, and patient, and from beginning to end, we felt he had only our best interests in mind. He listened closely, and though he gently asserted his expertise to help us make wise choices, he allowed us to be in control of the whole process. He was recommended to us by a family friend also in the business, and we now know why he is so highly regarded among his peers also! He has a genuine level of care and compassion that you don’t often see, and we are forever grateful for all the hard work he put in to make our dream home a reality.
