Drew did an outstanding job helping us to find a home in a very specific location. We lived out of town. Drew was very accommodating to arrange video FaceTime tours of the several properties when we could not be on site. It is quite apparent that the Banks team is well-informed regarding the local neighborhoods, specific features unique to certain streets, and factors to consider that are not clear to an out-of-town buyer. Drew was very responsive to our questions and responded quickly to communications. The Banks team is very well-connected with the area. We are grateful to Drew and team for their outstanding, professional services. We would highly recommend this team to buyers needing to purchase a home in Maine!

Drew demonstrated an enormous amount of patience with us and was always happy to show us any home we were interested in. He consistently provided great feedback on each showing. He listened to everything we said and offered ideas/solutions on how updates or renovations could work. The team with Grace, Teddy and Sam were seamless to work with. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. The process from offer to closing was exceptional.
