We had offers the Monday after our open house weekend and she negotiated great terms for us including a free 30 day rent back. Emma and her team are a well oiled machine while still being personable and attentive. We contacted the Barron Team after my brother passed.Family came from Ohio and Florida to clear out and prepare the property for sale. After listing with Barron, Emma was all in and helped us find local contractors to haul, repair and get the house ready to go on the market. We went on the market July 8, 2026, and had Open houses for two weeks and got many offers. After just a few weeks we accepted an offer. Two weeks later, on August 14, 2026, Escrow closed.
