George is very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does as a realtor. I I was moving from Seattle area, and needed to find a condo in Eugene. George helped me find exactly what I was looking for in such a short period of time. When the condo closed, George even helped me move into the condo ( Yes- he helped carried my mattress, boxes and furniture!!) He’s is a genuinely sweet, thoughtful person, and I feel like he’s a dear friend now! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor. Thank you George!

George was a great help in finding my and I’s first home. He was very attentive to our budget, must haves, and wants in a home. Each home he showed us encompassed the majority of our criteria. He never felt pushy and was eager to find out more information from listing agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the home real estate sphere. George was an excellent communicator and made sure we always felt informed throughout each step of the home buying process. I can’t recommend he and his assistant, Shirley, enough!

George went above and beyond in helping us buy our dream home. He advocated for our best interest, even when it wasn't beneficial to him in any way. His advice as we negotiated with a seller allowed us to get a fair price on the house and needed repairs covered. His contacts for finding home owner insurance and inspections were better than anything we found on our own. Communication was always excellent, with George keeping us informed throughout the process and answering our questions promptly.Once our offer was accepted, Shirley on his team made the paperwork process easy, and got us everything we needed from escrow details to utilities information for our new home. George and Shirley are a winning team and I can't recommend them highly enough. We are so grateful.

A review long overdue but can finally be done! George made the entire process of house hunting a breeze, he was honest when giving feed back on the houses we looked at, extremely friendly and a genuinely good person! He never made it feel rushed or like he was just trying to sell us a house and move to the next client, he worked around my work schedule and made sure we could see as many houses as needed until we found the right one! If I am ever in the market to sell or buy another property George will most definitely be the first person I will be reaching out to!

He did such an amazing job and took care of everything from guidance on the process and advice to even helping me clean the house to get it ready for the photos. I definitely avoided a lot of migraines through the process because of him. Always felt like I was speaking with friend, which we definitely are now, and not a sales person.
