I cannot say enough about how amazing Merrilee and her assistant, Kaileigh, were to work with. Even though the market was really starting to slow down, Merrilee’s tenacity and experience had our home under contract within a week. We had a small window of time to be ready to move and our home needed more TLC than we had time to provide prior to closing. Merrilee and Kailleigh showed up and did some additional cleaning, staging and even a drywall patch. Their willingness to go above and beyond really sealed the deal for us.
