I am shocked when I read positive reviews of this company given the experience we had. If I could, I would scream “run the other way”. We had an extremely disappointing experience with this realty company and their agents during our home purchase. Although they represented both buyer and seller, they repeatedly misrepresented facts, resisted reasonable due diligence, and created unnecessary conflicts with all parties involved. Routine requests were challenged, and issues only moved forward when escalated. We were left to handle the purchase blindly as we couldn’t trust the agents or the information we were receiving.After closing, we learned the seller shared similar concerns. In one case, both parties preferred a repair credit, yet that option was never communicated. In a dual-agency situation, transparency and neutrality are critical — and those standards were not met.Instead of facilitating the deal, their conduct caused unmeasurable stress, delays, and distrust. I would suggest going with any other company.
