Paul helped our family sell my Dad’s home, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and kind to our whole family. We were all included in group texts and emails, he took time to explain and listen when any one of us had questions. He was honest about preparing our home for market and integral in arranging quotes and coordinating contractors etc. We had a low-ball offer and he encouraged us to wait and then negotiated a fair market price when we had an appropriate offer. His knowledge of the market and local connections made the process pleasant in a very tough market. We all highly recommend Paul Everett - thank you so much!

My property was a unique ranch property in Napa County. Paul gave me realistic expectations about the process (average time on market for similar properties was over 400 days). He was patient and diligent in showing and marketing the property. He was direct and honest about status, and gave me updates weekly. We ultimately sold the property for a price in the expected range in much less than the typical time on market. I highly recommend Paul.
