Gretchen Knipe was incredible to work with in selling our home. After a setback with the first potential buyer, she artfully helped us to retool our plan and successfully negotiated on our behalf with the second buyer. All the while, she was compassionate, upbeat, determined, kind-hearted, and professional. Gretchen was our friend before she became our realtor, and we wondered how that would work out, but she rose to the occasion and never blurred the line. In the end, she patiently and carefully helped us sell a house we loved in favor of buying our forever home, and she was always helpful but never pushy, answering difficult questions that we posed to her with aplomb. She was nimble, creative, and even fun to work with. Highly recommended, indeed!

Peter was wonderful to work with. He and his whole team kept me informed about everything that was happening throughout the sale. He also was very reassuring about the sale of my house since I needed help selling it quickly. He delivered on all of his promises too and house was sold very quickly. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate him and his team and would recommend him and his team to everyone I know.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Peter Chiarkas. He is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. All the attributes you want from a professional realtor, he has. And beyond those traits, he understood my situation and what I was looking for from Day 1, offered his opinion on the properties we looked at, and always encouraged me to NOT settle.... that we would find the absolute right place. And we ultimately did. I also worked with his team members from time to time, and they were equally professional and truly outstanding. Overall, it was a 5 star experience and I'll use Peter and his team for any future real estate needs.

Peter will always be my go to for purchasing and selling a home. I was looking for the perfect place for my 91 year old mother, who enjoys autonomy to purchase. She lives in NJ and is moving to Pa. We wanted something nearby my home and Peter found the perfect place. His communication was excellent and his response to any questions my mom or I had were answered swiftly! He took care to look out for my mom’s interest and assure she was satisfied with everything! If you’re looking to buy or sell a home I highly recommend Peter Chiarkas!
