Scott is an outstanding realtor! We were aware of the outstanding reputation he and Linda Gaspard have enjoyed over the past many years..., and Scott had successfully assisted our daughter with four real estate transactions over the years. So there was no question as to the agent we'd call when we decided to sell our home. Scott's successful experience, expansive expertise, communication skills, and practical advice were invaluable throughout every phase of the process--from preparing our home to sell to setting the asking price and prepping for showings to considering and responding to offers (the first weekend in the market!) to the inspection to the closing...and everything in between! He guided us throughout the process, ultimately allowing us to make final decisions without feeling pressured. He somehow was able to make what could be a stressful and trying experience one that was surprisingly enjoyable! Without reservation, we highly recommend Scott Gaspard!

Scott is an amazing agent and has an amazing team. I'm a commercial real estate broker. I own the largest cre brokerage in the State of Louisiana by number of sales. I could represent myself in buying a home (and have). I've always chosen to use Scott to sell any home I've ever sold, and time and time again Scott has delivered extraordinary service and has given me advice that helped me come out ahead financially.This latest home purchase, my wife and I decided to use Scott (instead of me representing us). He was incredibly helpful in navigating the process. In the times where it mattered (negotiation, offer price, inspection response, etc.), Scott's experience in having sold hundreds of homes would shine. He was able to walk us through each hurdle and get to great decisions. Even telling us when it made sense to walk away. I can't thank him enough or recommend him any more highly. I wish I would've used him to buy the last 2 houses as well!
