We cannot say enough great things about Shawn. Shawn had reached out to us a few years when we were looking to buy and, though it look us time to find the house that worked for us, he continuously checked in and went out of his way to help us find the home that was right for us. We have worked with several realtors before, but we have not found that is as knowledgeable, candid, and personable as Shawn. He never pushed us in to getting a home just to close the deal, and he always went the extra mile with our search, even as indecisive buyers in a new market.

We moved thousands of miles to South Carolina and it was very tricky since we had never even been to SC before. Shawn was patient and worked with us and got to know exactly what it was we were looking for. Somehow he managed to find the perfect house and got us a great deal on it, the offer was accepted and he walked us through the whole process. I want to specifically review how awesome he was at picking the neighborhood we ultimately chose, since we were unable to get out here ourselves to physically see the house he was communicative and responsive and that allowed us to really settle in a great neighborhood. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the area so if he understands what you are looking for he will be able to guide you really well. As first time home buyers, moving to a new state so far away was quite a journey but Shawn really took care of us and made it really manageable. I absolutely recommend working with him.

We made a big move from Hawaii to Summerville, SC , having never been to the area let alone the state! This move took us over a year to make happen and I can't express how amazing Shawn was throughout the whole process! We felt confident buying our first home sight unseen because of Shawn and his dedication, commitment, and honesty! Our home is perfect and everything we could've asked for and more!
