Steven was a joy to work with in finding our home. We spent over a month driving daily sometimes over an hour in each direction looking at houses. Steven has experience in homes as what to look for after he knows which preferences we were wanting, and just as important knows what questions should be asked which might not be thought of initially. He takes the time, no matter the time or day to communicate and discuss any concerns the buyer might have. Buying a home is always getting to be more difficult and more tedious it seems, but most important to us Steven made it a fun and wanting experience. Steven will always be a friend to us.

Steven was great to work with for the selling of our home. He really listened to our thoughts and preferences on timelines and prices and gave great feedback and suggestions. We are a military family that was coordinating the sale of this house with the purchase of a different house all in a two day timeline.
