Working with Suzanne was a highlight of our year! She walked us through some difficult scenarios with grace and made sure we always had any necessary updates as soon as possible. Additionally, she was accommodating to our schedule, was wonderful with our toddler, and generally a pleasure to have as our guide. We visited a wide variety of homes in our searching and Suzanne was always honest with her insights and ability to identify what mattered most to us. We also felt Suzanne was the right person for listing our home, and we were right! The input she provided us on staging our home and getting it show-ready was critical and allowed us to go from listing to pending in days!Ultimately, when we found the right place she was able to get an offer submitted quickly and guide us through inspections, closing, and everything else on both the purchase and sale sides. We couldn't have asked for anyone better than Suzanne. We were selling our home in Portage in advance of a cross-country move. Suzanne was extremely helpful in coordinating local issues, while we traveled to find our new home.
