We have used Laurie Ann for the purchase and sale of numerous properties. We keep returning to her for her outstanding work ethic. We found her very knowledgeable, a great communicator and negotiator. Laurie Ann ensured our properties were presented elegantly to prospective buyers, with tasteful staging, which my, very detail driven, wife was impressed with. Laurie Ann eagerly handled any arising issues, taking the stress out of the process. she responded to phone calls and text messages almost immediately. She always was upbeat and optimistic even when we were stressed and upset at how some tenants had vacated our rental homes. . She had tradesmen working very quickly to rectify every problem. She always got us more money in every sale, than what the homes were advertised for. I honestly believe we would have been searching high and low for someone to match her capabilities. Laurie Ann is simply the best realtor I have worked with so far. Her exceptional knowledge of the real estate market, combined with excellent commitment, dedication and pleasant personality is truly unmatched. We had an awesome experience working with her this summer. She helped us sell our house as we had to relocate. When she met us for the first time, she came prepared with an excellent marketing plan and timelines, in alignment with our relocation plans. She stayed on top of every aspect of the sale process, and always available to answer any questions and guide us through. Laurie Ann is an amazing realtor! I have worked with her on multiple purchases and sales over the last few years, most recently on the sale of my home. From the moment I decided to list my house to the closing, Laurie Ann sped the process along in less than 2 months. She made sure that my property had a competitive listing price to attract interest - over 120 showings at open house and privately, over only 4 days! Over 20 offers and got me a quick close from a qualified buyer at 15% over asking price. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else!

Laurie Ann represented my wife and I in purchasing our first home, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. In the house search, Laurie Ann was responsive, listened to what we wanted, and absolutely nailed it on our first set of house tours. In negotiations she is a bull dog, and will fight to make sure you get what you need and want. At the same time, she will advise you with expertise and experience to make sure you know what you’re getting into and how to get what you’re looking for. Prior to Laurie Ann we had worked with 3 other agents, and she was hands-down the best. If we ever sell, I can tell you who’s going to be our first call.

Lauri-anne sold my home 3 years ago and helped us buy a new one.When it was time to sell I sought her out because she is the best salesperson I have had the pleasure to use in a long time. She has a tremendous sense of urgency when returning calls and or emails. Laurie-Anne has a unique ability to walk into a home and point out potential issues that need repair. She surrounds herself with a team of professional electricians, plumbers, contractors and or any professional that would be needed to complete the sale. Her fierce protection of her clients bring a sense of peace during the stressful process. I would NEVER use anyone else for my real estate transactions.
